About The Volleyball Broker
Meet the CEO
Our founder is a former player, coach, and current parent who has been a part of the volleyball community in one capacity or another for over 20 years. She started from humble beginnings playing for a local club team in the Dallas area and was given the opportunity to play in college. While in college her team won a National Championship and she ultimately moved to DC/VA. While there she continued to play as well as coach both club and high school.
Volleyball was the mechanism that allowed so many doors to open in her life. It opened doors to educational and ultimately career opportunities. Ms. Bufford received her undergraduate education at Dallas Baptist University, was selected as an Honors Intern with the FBI and went on to earn both a Masters of Science in Information Technology and Masters of Business Administration at Marymount University in Virginia.
Ms. Bufford has combined her passion and experience in the volleyball environment with her career experience by creating The Volleyball Broker as the mechanism of paying it to forward to a community that has helped change and shape her life.
